Today I made chocolate soy cake as dessert for berbuka puasa. This recipe is from Kokping. If you want to eat chocolate cake but laaazZZzy to do, here's something easier you can do. As long as you have chocolate bar, whipping cream and a soy protein. This recipe doesn't even need baking. All you need are just only 3 ingredients!

 Let's just get to it shall we.

 1 bar semi baking chocolate (hershey's)
 1 small box of whipping cream
 2 scoop of soy protein (shaklee, herbalife or etc)

First of all you need to melt the semi baking chocolate bar in the microwave. But, if you want it more tastier, you can melt it using a double boil method. I just felt lazy, so I just used the microwave instead. Next, whip the whipping cream in a bowl until it becomes fluffy. Then add the melted chocolate into it. Mix the 2 ingredients until it has like a thick cream consistency. Add in 2 scoop of soy protein. It depends on you whether or not you want it to be soy taste. I put it about 2 spoons. Since I was fasting, I depended on my mother that weren't fasting to taste the cream for me (lol).

Once you're done, put the cream into the container and pop it in the fridge. Put it in the freezer if you want to eat it on the same day. You don't have to if you're gonna leave it overnight.

Tadaa! and you're done.

I hope you benefit a thing or two from this recipe. Try it at home! I'm sure your family will appreciate it hahaha. You can really change up the recipe if you want. Add sugar to the cream if you want to make it sweeter? or change the amount for each ingredient according to your liking. Orang melayu kata, agak-agak lah. Good luck.
